This Privacy Policy describes how FT Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the ShareZone Chrome extension ("ShareZone" or the "Extension"). ShareZone allows users to share sections of web pages with viewers in real time.

By installing or using ShareZone, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

ShareZone collects only the information necessary to provide its core functionality:

• Account information. Your email address and a user ID, collected when you authenticate through Supabase using Google OAuth or email/password sign-in.
• Shared page content. The HTML content of the DOM element you explicitly select to share. This content is transmitted in real time over a WebSocket connection to your viewers. It is never stored on our servers.
• Payment and subscription information. A Stripe customer ID and your subscription status, used to manage paid plans. Payment card details are processed and stored by Stripe; we never see or store your full card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above exclusively for the following purposes:

• To authenticate you and manage your account.
• To transmit the content you choose to share to your viewers in real time.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the operation of the Extension.

3. Third-Party Services

ShareZone relies on the following third-party service providers, solely to deliver the functionality described in this policy:

• Supabase — authentication and database services. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — payment processing. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or transfer your data to any third party for any other purpose.

4. Data Retention

• Session content is not stored. The content of your sharing sessions is transmitted live and is never retained on our servers.
• Authentication and subscription data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, this data is removed in accordance with our providers' deletion processes.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections for authentication and real-time transmission. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Chrome Web Store User Data Disclosures

In accordance with the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, we certify the following:

• We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties, outside of the approved use cases.
• We do not use or transfer user data for purposes that are unrelated to the Extension's single purpose.
• We do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

ShareZone is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of ShareZone after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
